Update on SB 71: Governor Parnell signed SB 71 into law on Tuesday. SB 71 is an all-encompassing commercial fisheries bill that began as Senator Micciche’s (R - Soldotna) legislation to fix landing tax timing payments, and ended up including flexibility in salmon cost recovery
